The Large Heart Aqua Pearls Hot/Cold Pack is a heart-shaped therapy pack filled with reusable pearl beads for warm or cold compress use. It heats in a microwave for warm therapy or freezes for cold therapy, providing repeat use at home, in first-aid kits, or as a promotional giveaway.
The Large Heart Aqua Pearls Hot/Cold Pack is filled with reusable pearl beads inside a heart-shaped shell measuring 4-1/2 inches by 4-1/2 inches by 1/2 inch thick, made for microwave heating or freezer chilling as needed. The shell wipes clean with mild soap and water, and use instructions are printed directly on the item. The heart shape is a variant of the manufacturer's original round Aqua Pearls pack, and the shell is available in a range of shapes, colors, and themes, with a clear option plus 6 additional PMS colors (CPMS 7488, CPMS 1505, CPMS 686, CPMS VIOLET, CPMS 485, and CPMS 2728 C). FDA certification, CPSIA compliance, Prop65 compliance, and TRA testing apply to the pack, and pearl-bead safety reports are available on request, backed by CPSIA/CA65, MSDS, and TRA safety documents. A 1-color, 1-location pad imprint is standard, with setup billed separately. Pad printing adds a 1.75-inch by 1-inch imprint area on the front in up to 4 colors. Standard manufacturing lead time runs 3 to 5 business days, and metallic imprint colors are not recommended for this decoration method due to safety concerns. A full-color digital print option covers a 4-inch by 3.25-inch area on the front, with a 3 to 5 business day lead time.
