Frequently Asked Questions
What are custom recycled pens and what is the Javalina made from?
Custom recycled pens like the Javalina are click pens made from recycled ABS plastic with your logo on the barrel. The barrel is translucent with a pop of color inside. It writes with black gel ink.
How does the Javalina compare to a standard plastic click pen?
The Javalina uses recycled plastic where a standard click pen uses new plastic, and the build is otherwise the same push retractable ballpoint. Its translucent barrel also shows color inside. That gives you a recycled-material message on a familiar pen.
How big is this recycled gel pen?
This recycled gel pen is 5 3/4 inches long with a barrel diameter of 21/64 inch. It has a ball point tip.
Can custom recycled pens be imprinted in more than one color?
No, custom recycled pens like the Javalina take a one color silk screen imprint on the barrel, and the standard imprint color is white. The imprint area is up to 1.5 inches wide by 0.75 inch high. Full color printing is not offered on this pen.
What is the minimum order and lead time for custom recycled pens?
The minimum order for custom recycled pens in this style is 250, and standard production is 5 business days. We confirm the delivery date once your artwork is approved. The pens come in bulk packaging.
Which colors can I choose and what affects the price?
These recycled pens come in blue, black and red barrels. The price depends on quantity, setup and rush timing, and the imprint is one color. We quote the total with shipping before you commit.
