rABS Plunger Action Ballpoint Pen with Grip Design

rABS stands for recycled Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, a rigid thermoplastic reprocessed from used ABS plastic instead of new petroleum-based resin. A pen labeled rABS gives a promotional order a recycled-content story without changing how the pen looks or writes. The material appears across eco-inspired pen lines for that reason.

A recycled ABS pen performs the same as a virgin-plastic ABS pen because the recycled resin keeps the polymer's rigidity and impact resistance. The difference is sourcing: recycled resin reuses existing plastic rather than newly manufactured material, which reduces demand for virgin plastic. Buyers get an eco-positioned giveaway at a price point close to conventional plastic click pens.

Buyers order the Jaxon rABS Pen most often for Earth Day promotions, sustainability conferences, corporate ESG and green-initiative campaigns, university welcome events, and trade show booths. A recycled-material pen reinforces an environmental message at registration desks, giveaway tables, and conference swag bags. Organizations that publish sustainability goals also use recycled pens as everyday office stock to match their messaging.

The minimum order quantity for the Jaxon rABS Pen is 250 pens. Larger orders qualify for lower per-pen pricing at set quantity levels, with the largest published tier at 5,000 pieces.

The Jaxon rABS Pen costs $0.95 per unit at 250 pieces and drops to $0.55 per unit at 5,000 pieces, with price breaks at 500 ($0.83), 1,000 ($0.72), and 2,500 ($0.63). A $40 setup charge applies to new orders and falls to $25 on re-orders. Total cost depends on order quantity, the setup charge, and whether you add the optional custom pen tube, which costs $0.71 more per piece plus its own $40 setup.

No formal environmental certification is published for this recycled ABS pen; its status comes from the manufacturer's made-with-recycled-material designation. The pen is produced in China, so the country of origin appears as CN on import paperwork. Buyers who need documented recycled-content claims should request written confirmation before ordering.
