Cut from soft-washed poly fabric with a mid-crown profile, pre-curved visor, and adjustable rubberized hook-and-loop closure, the cap comes in black, dark blue, gray, light gray, meadow green, royal blue, slate, or white. Embroidery covers a 4.5 by 2.25 inch front area with up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches, plus an optional 2.5 by 1.25 inch right-side second position with up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches. Optional patches include leatherette, dye sub emblem, flex, puff, embroidered hand cut emblem, woven round, woven square or rectangle, and tackle twill.
