Recognition Plaque in 4 Sizes with Aluminum Plate

A full color plaque prints artwork with a 4-color process digital press, so it reproduces photographs, gradients, and multi-color logos that engraving cannot hold. Engraving cuts a single tone into the metal and suits text-only awards. The printed price already includes full color in one location, so extra ink colors add no charge.

The minimum order is 6 units. Price breaks land at 6, 25, 50, and 100 units, and the per-unit cost falls by roughly a third between the 6-unit and 100-unit tiers. Every plaque in a single run prints from the same approved proof.

The 8 by 10 inch full color plaque runs $51.10 to $77.73 per unit at retail. Quantity drives most of that spread: $77.73 each at 6 units, $67.59 at 25, $58.77 at 50, and $51.10 at 100. A one-time $50 setup charge applies to every order, including reorders, and the unit price already covers the full color imprint in one location.

Production runs 6 to 9 days after you approve the proof. The clock starts at proof approval rather than at order placement, so allow extra days for artwork setup and any revision rounds. Orders leave from Illinois, so add ground transit before a ceremony date. No rush option is listed for this item.

Yes. The aluminum plate takes a 4-color process digital print, which handles photographs, gradients, and logos with no limit on ink colors. Printing covers one location on the plate only, and the wood-look board stays undecorated. We send a proof for approval before production begins.

Full color plaques are ordered most often for employee-of-the-year and service anniversary awards, retirement recognition, sales achievement honors, donor and sponsor recognition, sports banquets, and school or club awards nights. The four size options let one program pair a smaller 5 by 7 inch award for team honors with a 9 by 12 inch piece for the top recipient.

Wipe the aluminum plate with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, ammonia cleaners, and solvents, because they dull a digital print over time. Keep the board out of direct sunlight and away from moisture to protect the walnut or ebony finish.

Orders ship from Illinois, zip code 60646. The 8 by 10 inch size packs three ways: 1 piece at 2 lbs in a 13 by 10 by 2 inch box, 6 pieces at 9 lbs in a 14 by 10 by 8 inch box, and 20 pieces at 30 lbs in a 24 by 14 by 12 inch box. A 100-piece order therefore moves as five 30 lb cartons.

No safety or environmental certifications are listed for this plaque, which is a wall or desk display award with no food or skin contact. Manufacturing takes place in China, and stock ships domestically from an Illinois warehouse. We can request compliance documentation from the manufacturer if your procurement file needs it.
