Mugs must be ordered in full carton quantities and ship in a protective-pack box built to UPS specifications, since using another carrier voids breakage coverage. It meets FDA requirements and is made in China. Full Color Mug — 19 Oz. & 11 Oz. also comes in an 11-ounce size and is not recommended for commercial use.
