The 19-ounce mug stands 5 3/4 inches tall and comes in white only. A 4-color process dye-sublimation design wraps a 9 1/4-inch by 2-inch area; PMS color matching is not available for this print method. Mugs must be ordered in full carton quantities and ship in a protective-pack box built to UPS specifications, since using another carrier voids breakage coverage. It meets FDA requirements and is made in China. Full Color Mug — 19 Oz. & 11 Oz. also comes in an 11-ounce size and is not recommended for commercial use.
