Do you accept orders from outside the United States?

Yes — Promotional Product Inc accepts international orders, and customers outside the U.S. order from us every day. We take major credit cards and wire transfers from international buyers, produce in the U.S., and ship worldwide via express carriers with full customs documentation. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada routinely and to most other countries via DHL, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide. A handful of embargoed destinations are excluded by carrier policy. Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

By default the recipient pays duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage on import under DAP terms. If you prefer all-inclusive pricing, request DDP (delivered duty paid) and we will quote duties prepaid where carrier programs allow. Ask us which option fits your order.

How long does international shipping take?

Express international transit typically runs 3–7 business days after production, plus customs clearance that varies by country. Canada commonly clears within 1–3 days; other destinations vary. Plan international event orders with extra buffer, and contact us for a destination-specific timeline. See shipping & delivery.

Can you provide commercial invoices and customs paperwork?

Yes. Every international shipment includes a commercial invoice with HS codes, declared values, and country-of-origin statements. If your import broker needs specific documentation formats, send the requirements and we will match them.

Do prices on your site include international shipping?

No — listed prices are product pricing in U.S. dollars. International freight, and any duties if you choose DDP, are quoted separately based on destination, weight, and speed before you confirm. Browse products, then contact us for a freight quote.

Can I order in a currency other than USD?

Our invoicing is in U.S. dollars; your card issuer or bank converts at their prevailing exchange rate. Wire transfers are also accepted in USD for larger international orders. See payment & billing for accepted methods, or contact us.

Do you ship promotional products to events in Mexico or Europe?

Yes, with planning. Cross-border event shipments need lead time for customs, and some countries require an importer of record. Engage us 4–6 weeks ahead of international events and we will architect a delivery plan that clears reliably — start with our team. See trade show & expo products.

Are there products that can't be shipped internationally?

Items with lithium batteries, liquids, food, and certain electronics face country-specific restrictions. We screen your cart against destination rules during quoting and suggest compliant alternatives when needed. Ask us before ordering restricted items like power banks.

Can a U.S. company ship our order to international branch offices?

Yes. Many clients produce one order and split-ship to global offices. We handle the multi-country logistics, per-destination customs paperwork, and consolidated billing back to your U.S. headquarters. Tell us your office list and we will plan the rollout.

Is artwork support available across time zones?

Will my international payment be secure?

Yes. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted, and we have processed international transactions safely since 1997 with an A+ BBB rating. Wire instructions for bank transfers are provided through verified channels only. See payment & billing or reach our team.

Do Canadian customers pay U.S. sales tax?

No U.S. sales tax applies to exported orders. Canadian GST/HST and any provincial taxes are assessed at import by Canadian authorities, typically collected by the carrier on delivery unless prepaid. Contact us for landed-cost guidance on a Canadian shipment.

Can you source products locally in another country instead of shipping from the U.S.?

For very large global programs, we can discuss in-region production through partner networks. For most orders, U.S. production with express international freight is the fastest, most quality-controlled path. Talk to us about your global program.
