Description
Pro Prep Bamboo Cutting Board adds a recessed prep well to catch juices while cutting, a solid client appreciation gift for home cooks and anyone stocking a small home kitchen.
The board measures 13 3/4 inches wide by 9 3/4 inches high by 1/2 inch deep and meets FDA requirements for food contact; hand washing is recommended. It carries FSC certification, meaning the bamboo comes from forests audited by an independent third party for responsible forestry, and it counts as a biobased component. Laser engraving marks the board tone-on-tone with no oxidation across a 5 by 5 inch imprint area; because bamboo varies between dye lots, color and laser appearance will vary piece to piece. The Pro Prep Bamboo Cutting Board ships in bulk packaging and is made in China.
