The cap blends 70 percent recycled cotton and 30 percent recycled polyester at 285 GSM, with a structured crown and pre-curved visor. Front panel colors come as black or olive both with a black mesh back, or black or navy both with a gray mesh back; the mesh back, label, and snap tab closure are the only parts not made from recycled material. Transfer imprinting covers a 4 inch by 2 inch area, with a four-color process option available, while embroidery covers 4 1/2 by 2 1/4 inches using up to 7 thread colors and 7,000 stitches in standard Madeira threads.
