Key Features
- Digital full color process prints the face at 1 inch by 1 inch — complex designs land on a small format.
- An epoxy dome covers the printed front, and stainless steel is used for the backing — the graphic sits under the dome with metal behind it.
- A packed carton comes to 30 lb — the freight weight of one full case.
- Sports teams, clubs, fraternities and conventions are the settings named for this format — four places where a badge is traded as much as worn.

Production schedule
What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size is this trading pin?
This listing is the 1 inch offset printed trading pin. The 1 inch figure describes the finished pin, and everything else on this page, from the epoxy dome to the butterfly clutch, applies at that size.
Can the pin be made in a custom shape?
Yes. These are custom shaped pins, so the outline follows the design you use instead of a fixed round or square outline. The listing calls the pin a custom shaped, full color lapel pin.
What is included with each pin?
Each pin includes an epoxy dome, a stainless steel backing, and a butterfly clutch. Those parts are listed as standard for this pin, so the fastener comes with the order rather than as an extra.
Are these pins used by sports teams?
Yes. Sports teams are one of the groups named on this listing, along with clubs, fraternities, and conventions, which the listing calls the common buyers of trading lapel pins.
Can the design use more than one color?
Yes. The pin is printed in full color, and the listing says these pins can carry incredibly complex designs, so a multi color logo does not need to be reduced before it goes on the pin.
