Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Deep EtchThe imprint area on this product is 2 inches wide by 2-1/2 inches tall, printed by deep etch. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

Production schedule
What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
What occasions suit a crystal pineapple award?
A pineapple award fits hospitality honours, sales milestones, welcome gestures and annual recognition dinners. The fruit shape also reads as a sign of warmth and welcome, which suits many teams.
How is the pineapple award personalized with a name or message?
The pineapple award is deep etched in a 2 inch by 2.5 inch area, which holds a name, date or short line of text. We send a free digital proof before production so you can approve the wording and layout.
How many pineapple awards do I have to order?
You can order as few as one pineapple award, which makes it easy to honour a single winner. Quantity breaks run at 1, 4, 7, 13 and 25 pieces for larger groups.
How long does it take to produce a custom pineapple award?
Production of a custom pineapple award takes 5 working days from artwork approval. Shipping time is added after that, so allow extra days when an event date is fixed.
What affects the price of a custom pineapple award?
The price of a custom pineapple award depends on the quantity tier you order and how much etching your design needs. Ordering at a higher break lowers the cost of each award.
How should I clean and care for a starfire crystal pineapple award?
Wipe a starfire crystal pineapple award with a soft, lint-free cloth and a little glass cleaner to remove fingerprints. Avoid rough pads, which can scratch the surface near the etched area.
How does a waterjet-cut pineapple award differ from a standard block award?
A waterjet-cut pineapple award follows the outline of the fruit instead of a plain rectangle or block. The shaped edge gives the piece a distinct profile on a shelf.
