Description
Every one of these combs has the word Unbreakable molded straight into the body, and that is the selling point: the 5 inch by 1 inch comb is built to flex rather than snap, so it survives a back pocket, a gym bag, or a salon station. Decoration is hot foil stamping, centered on one side in a 3 inch by 1/8 inch line, with foil offered in gold, silver, and white to read crisply against the comb body. Four comb colors are available to match a brand or an event look. Because the imprint window is a slim horizontal strip, it suits a name, a salon, or a short tagline rather than a large graphic. Pricing is low and scales well: 0.50 each at 500 pieces down to 0.46 each at 2,500, which fits barbershops, salons, hotels, and event swag bags ordering in quantity. It is an inexpensive, genuinely usable handout that stays in a recipient's bag. Send your artwork and we will return a proof before stamping.

Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Hot Foil StampingThe imprint area on this product is 3 inches wide by 1/8 inch tall, printed by hot foil stamping. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for custom logo combs with hot foil stamping?
Custom logo combs start at a minimum order of 500 pieces. Quantity breaks follow at 1000 and 2500 pieces, so larger runs fit a bigger salon chain or a trade show.
How does hot foil stamping work on these custom logo combs?
On custom logo combs, hot foil stamping presses metallic foil onto the body with heat, leaving a crisp single color mark. The imprint is centered on one side and measures 3 inches wide by 1/8 inch high, which suits one short line of text such as a business name. We send a free digital proof before production.
Which colors can I choose for custom logo combs?
The body of these custom logo combs comes in black, green, red, or royal blue. Foil can be gold, silver, or white, so pick a foil shade that contrasts with the body color for easy reading.
What affects the price of an order of imprinted combs?
The price of custom logo combs depends on the quantity tier you order, with lower unit costs at 1000 and 2500 pieces than at 500. A one time die charge for the foil stamp may also apply, and extra imprint colors or locations can change the total.
How long does production take for a bulk comb order?
Production of custom logo combs usually runs 7 to 10 working days once your proof is approved. We confirm timing when you order, since shipping time depends on your delivery address.
How are the combs packed and shipped?
Custom logo combs ship in bulk, with 1000 units in each carton. A full carton weighs 12 lbs and measures 19 inches by 12 inches by 10 inches, which helps when you plan storage or freight.
Where do promotional combs work best as giveaways?
Custom logo combs suit barbershops, salons, hotels, and gym welcome kits, where guests use a comb daily. The slim 5 inch by 1 inch size slips into a pocket, purse, or bag, so your name travels with the recipient.
How much text fits in the imprint area on a comb?
The imprint area on custom logo combs holds a single line of up to 40 letters and spaces. Short names, a phone number, or a brief tagline fit best in that narrow strip.
