How tall is a custom 25 oz tumbler with a flip lid and what is its diameter?

A custom 25 oz tumbler with a flip lid stands 8 37/50 inches high and measures 3 39/100 inches across. That size works for a desk, a tote bag or a drink holder. The stainless steel outer body takes the logo on the front.

Which imprint method suits a custom 25 oz tumbler when the logo has many colors?

A custom 25 oz tumbler is best decorated with digital full color process when the artwork has several colors or a gradient. That print area measures 2.25 inches wide by 3 inches high on the front body center. Screen printing and a chiseled (deep etching) imprint use a slightly larger 2.5 inch by 3 inch area for simpler marks.

What is the smallest order of custom 25 oz tumblers with a straw, and where do prices drop?

The smallest order of a custom 25 oz tumbler with a straw is 25 pieces. Price breaks follow at 50, 250, 500 and 1000 pieces. Shipping is extra, so the quote lists it separately.

Which parts of this 25 oz tumbler with straw are plastic and which are stainless steel?

This custom 25 oz tumbler has a stainless steel outer wall and a stainless steel inner wall, while the lid and flip and sip piece are polypropylene. The straw is polyethylene and the seal ring is silicone. Those parts matter when a buyer asks what the lid is made from.

How do I see my logo on a custom 25 oz tumbler before it is produced?

You see your logo on a custom 25 oz tumbler through a free digital proof sent before any decoration starts. Approve it or request changes to the placement and size. Production then takes 5 business days after proof approval.

What affects the price of a custom 25 oz tumbler order?

The price of a custom 25 oz tumbler order is set by the quantity tier, the decoration method, the number of logo colors and any PMS match added. Choosing a higher tier such as 250 or 500 pieces lowers the price. Shipping is quoted separately.

Description

This 25 oz tumbler lets whoever carries it flip up the straw or lift the flap and sip directly, so one lid covers every way people like to drink. It is made for teams, clients and event guests who want stainless steel drinkware with a copper lined inside and a logo on the front.

At fundraising events, a branded tumbler with straw turns a donor thank you into something people keep on their desk, and the lid flap lets them drink without fiddling with the straw. Trade show giveaways need a cup that stands out in a swag bag, so a full-color printed wrap can run around the body and your logo reads from the aisle. For onboarding kits, a screen printed mark on the front keeps the design clean, and a chiseled (deep etching) logo suits teams that prefer a subtle mark. Black, navy, red and white cover most brand palettes without a long color list to manage. Proofs come first, so you approve the placement before decoration starts.

Pair this 25 oz stainless steel tumbler with the Senso Ergo-Grip 16 oz Copper-Lined Tumbler with Flip Lid for a mixed size set, the larger one for the desk and the smaller for short trips. Each is a copper lined travel tumbler, and this one works as a stainless steel travel tumbler in a gift bundle. Browse more cups in Tumblers, and treat this 25 oz travel tumbler as the bigger pick.

Production takes 5 business days after you approve a free digital proof, so send your logo and quantity and ask for a free no-obligation quote that lists the chiseled, full-color printed or screen printed options.
