What occasions suit a custom rosewood ballpoint pen as a giveaway?

A custom rosewood ballpoint pen suits executive gifts, graduations, client thank-you notes and award tables. The wood barrel looks more traditional on a desk than a plastic pen. Choose it when the pen will be kept and used rather than handed out by the handful.

How does a rosewood ballpoint pen compare with a plastic promotional pen?

A rosewood ballpoint pen has a natural wood look that a molded plastic pen cannot match. Plastic pens usually offer more colour choices, while this pen comes in Rosewood only. Pick wood when presentation matters more than colour matching.

Can a rosewood ballpoint pen be imprinted or engraved with my logo?

Yes, the rosewood ballpoint pen can be decorated with a one colour, one location imprint or with laser engraving. Both methods use the upper barrel, in an area of 1 1/4" x 1/4". A short name line or a wide, low logo fits that band best.

How should I care for a wood ballpoint pen so the finish lasts?

Wipe a wood ballpoint pen with a soft dry cloth and keep it away from standing water. Store it in a desk tray or pen cup instead of a damp bag. These habits protect the stain and the gold-toned trim.

What affects the price of custom rosewood ballpoint pens?

The price of custom rosewood ballpoint pens depends on the quantity tier, the decoration method and any setup. Quantity breaks start at 50 and continue at 100, 250, 500 and 1000. Larger tiers lower the cost of each pen.

What is the minimum order for a rosewood ballpoint pen and how is it packed?

The minimum order for this rosewood ballpoint pen is 50 pieces. The pens are packed in slotted bags. We can confirm carton details when you request a quote.

Will I see a proof of my logo on the pen before it is made?

Yes, each rosewood ballpoint pen order gets a free digital proof before production so you can check how your logo sits on the barrel. You can ask for changes to placement or size at that stage. Production starts after you approve the proof.

Description

This custom rosewood pen is a handcrafted wood ballpoint with gold accents and a gold clip, so it reads as a gift rather than a throwaway. It suits client gifts, anniversaries, promotions and executive desks, with your name laser engraved on the upper barrel.

Hand a rosewood ballpoint pen to a new client at a signing and the wood does the talking before you do. Banks, law offices and agencies use them for anniversary and milestone gifts, since the black filled engraving on the upper barrel reads cleanly against the wood. Employee service awards work well too, with a name on one pen and the company mark on the next. The twist action keeps the tip tucked away in a bag or jacket, and the standard black ink writes the way people expect. Handcrafting means the grain, stain and color can vary from pen to pen, so each one looks slightly its own. Gold accents on the clip pair with an award plaque or a name placard on a desk.

Slide the pen into a Custom Bamboo Single Well Gift Box and the whole thing becomes a presentation piece, with the pen resting in its own well. Wood and bamboo sit well together, so the set reads as one idea instead of two purchases. See other options in Engraved Pens when you want a different barrel for another group. Pens arrive in a slotted bag, so you can sort them before packing.

Send the name or company mark you want on the barrel, choose black filled engraving or a one color imprint, and we will reply with a free virtual proof and an exact quote that includes setup and shipping.
