ABS and PMMA form the frame, offered in Woodtone with Black or Navy, and UV400 lenses block 100 percent of UVA and UVB rays. Silk-screen imprint covers a 2-inch by 1/4-inch area in standard silk-screen colors, up to 2 colors, with an optional second imprint on the left temple. An optional 4-color-process cello bag upgrade is available on a white or clear bag using a stock design or a custom design, with a 250-piece minimum and 5 to 7 days production after proof approval; an optional gift box is also available. Because wood-tone plastic varies by dye lot, expect natural shade differences between pairs. The Surf Wagon Malibu Sunglasses ship in a cello bag from China and carry CPSIA compliance.
