Smooth Writing Stylus Pen with Gel Ink and Cap

A gel pen with stylus gives recipients two tools in one: gel ink for writing on paper and a soft tip for navigating touchscreens. Gel ink lays down a darker, smoother line than oil-based ballpoint ink and needs less pressure to write. The added stylus keeps the pen useful at a desk and on a phone or tablet, so recipients reach for it more often than a single-function pen.

Custom stylus pens see the heaviest use at technology conferences, healthcare facilities, banks, universities, and real estate open houses. They fit any setting where people switch between paper forms and tablets, such as check-in desks, signature pads, and point-of-sale kiosks. Daily touchscreen use keeps the imprinted pen in circulation far longer than a paper handout.

The minimum order is 250 pens. Larger runs earn published price breaks at 500, 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000 pieces, so the per-pen cost drops as quantity rises. Repeat orders that reuse existing artwork qualify for a reduced $25 setup charge instead of the standard $40 per imprint color.

Per-unit pricing runs from $1.55 at 250 pens down to $0.89 at 5,000 pens, with breaks of $1.35 at 500, $1.17 at 1,000, and $1.02 at 2,500. A $40 setup charge applies per imprint color, and a second imprint color adds $0.25 per pen. The optional custom pen tube adds $0.71 per pen plus its own $40 setup. Quantity, imprint color count, and the pen tube upgrade are the main factors that move the final price.

The pens are manufactured in China. No safety or environmental certifications are published for this item, so request compliance documentation before ordering if your program requires it. We can confirm available paperwork with your quote.

The stylus tip works on capacitive touchscreens, which include nearly all current smartphones, tablets, and signature pads. It does not register on older resistive screens that need pressure from a hard point. No app or pairing is required; the tip conducts touch the same way a fingertip does.

Recap the pen after every use so the gel ink does not dry out at the tip. Store pens flat or tip-down to keep ink flowing to the point. Wipe the barrel with a dry cloth only, because solvents can dull a silk-screened imprint.
