1 Color Direct Imprint Set Up

• $60.00 (V) per color
• Additional Color: Add $.25 (V) per piece
• PMS Match: $40 (V) per color
• Imprint Area: 1.75”W x 1.375”H
• Repeat setup charges apply and are billed at ½ of the original setup cost.

4 Color Process Direct Imprint Set Up

• $60.00 (V) per artwork
• PMS Match: As close as possible at no charge
• Imprint Area: 2.25”W x 1.8”H or Full Bleed

4 Color Process Printed Mints Set Up

• $60.00 (V) for the first artwork.
• Add $12.50 (V) for each additional artwork.
• Imprint Area: .33”W x .33”H
• Mint Size: .5”W x .5”H
• Ink is edible and FDA approved

Paper Proof

• $5.00 (Z) per artwork.

Samples

Random Samples

• Random samples are no charge.
• The cost of the individual item cannot exceed $15 (Z) or the sample will be billed at EQP.
• Sample requests must be received by 2PM EST to ship the same day.
• A UPS or FedEx shipper # must be provided for all sample requests.
• Bakery items and popcorn will ship the next business day.

Pre-Production Samples

• $50.00 (V)
• Plus all applicable set ups and running charges

Spec Samples

• Spec samples are billed at EQP for the product plus all applicable setups.

Production Time

• 5-7 working days after art approval. Lead times may be longer during our peak selling season (October through December).

Split Shipments

• $12.50 (V) per location. 1st Location is included.

Drop Shipments & Individual Mailers

• Using MNS Drop Ship Templates: $2.50 (V) per location
• NOT using MNS template: $3.00 (V) per location
• When drop shipping, an individual mailer for each location is required (except when the item is a mailer itself OR when a mailer is included in the price (such as the 2 gallon, 3.5 gallon and 6.5 gallon tins, and most gift towers). Add $2.00 (V) per mailer.

Gift Cards/ Greeting Cards

• Add $.25 (V) per gift if sending in your own gift cards that are all the same
• If name matching is needed, add $2.50 (V) to have factory match cards to addresses
• Factory can create custom 5” x 3” gift cards for $1.25 (V) per card plus $60 (V) setup charge. MOQ of 25 cards applies and all cards must have the same artwork or additional fees apply.

International Shipments

• All international locations: $20 (V) per address (drop or bulk).
• THE RECEIVER OF GOODS will be responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment. Declared value will be catalog pricing unless otherwise requested.

Warm Weather Shipping

• Chocolate products and gummy products require insulated shipping containers and air shipping when outside temperatures are 70 degrees or higher.
• For standard shipments, add $15.00 (V) per cooler, per carton
• For drop shipments, add $6.25 (V) per cooler, per location
