Production runs from the Gardena, California facility on a 9 to 11 business day schedule that differs from standard product lead times. The 30 inch x 40 inch and 50 inch x 60 inch sizes are available in quantities from 24 to 576 units, and the 60 inch x 80 inch size is available in quantities from 48 to 576 units. Each size ships in bulk cartons measuring 16 inch x 16 inch x 16 inch: cartons hold 40 units of the 30 inch x 40 inch size at 22 lbs, 15 units of the 50 inch x 60 inch size at 23 lbs, or 8 units of the 60 inch x 80 inch size at 20 lbs. All 3 sizes are Prop 65 compliant and machine washable.
