The BeWell 50x60 Plush Flannel Blanket uses plush flannel fabric weighing 390 GSM, opens to 50 inches by 60 inches, and finishes with a hemmed edge. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, is machine washable, and packs into a clear zippered carry bag. The blanket ships 10 per carton at 21 lbs, with carton dimensions of 23 inches by 15 inches by 14 inches, and meets Prop 65 compliance. A 1-color, 1-location screen imprint comes standard. In addition, 4 decoration methods are available: screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, and embroidery. Screen printing reaches an 8 inch by 6 inch area on the inside back of the bag in 1 color, with lead times of 2-4 business days (MO) and 1-3 business days (WC). Pad printing covers a 3.5 inch by 1 inch area on the inside front of the bag in up to 3 colors, with lead times of 7-9 business days (MO) and 1-3 business days (WC). Heat transfer applies a 3 inch by 3 inch full-color design to the bottom corner of the blanket without a label, with personalization available and lead times of 2-4 business days for both MO and WC. Embroidery covers a 6.25 inch by 6.25 inch area on the same bottom-corner location, supports up to 7,000 stitches and 10 colors, with personalization available and lead times of 5-7 business days (MO) and 4-6 business days (WC). Most logos embroidered on plush fabric require cede-fill stitching, and embroidered orders ship FOB San Diego, California. The blanket is available in 3 color options, identified by PMS Cool Gray 6 C, PMS 4725 C, and PMS 295 C.
