rPET Performance Flex Cap wicks moisture through a 6-panel structured crown, a fitting golf outing gift or a company 5K race-day giveaway handed out at the start line.
The shell blends 87% rPET with 13% spandex, recycled polyester produced by melting down plastic bottles and other post-consumer sources into new fiber, paired with a moisture-wicking sweatband of 92% polyester and 8% spandex and 100% cotton seamtape; the lining, sweatband, seam tape and hook and loop closure are not made of recycled material. It's built 6-panel with a structured medium-profile crown, a pre-curved visor and an adjustable self-material strap with hook and loop closure. It comes in Black, Gray, Navy or White. Decoration is embroidery covering up to 7 standard Madeira thread colors and 7,000 stitches across a 4 inch by 2 1/4 inch area, and patch options extend from leatherette and dye sub emblem to flex, puff, embroidered hand-cut emblem, round woven, square or rectangle woven and tackle twill. The rPET Performance Flex Cap ships in bulk packaging and is made in China.
