Recycled Aluminum Retractable Ballpoint Pen with Black Ink

A recycled aluminum pen outlasts a plastic promotional pen because the metal barrel resists cracking, bending, and scuffing through daily use. The aluminum build also accepts laser engraving, a decoration option plastic barrels cannot take. Plastic pens cost less per unit, so they fit high-volume handouts, while metal pens get kept longer and extend brand exposure.

Recycled aluminum promotional pens are most popular at sustainability conferences, green business expos, corporate ESG program launches, new-hire welcome kits, bank and real estate client signings, and executive gifting programs. Buyers choose them when a giveaway needs to reinforce an environmental commitment, because the recycled barrel gives that message a physical proof point.

The minimum order quantity for the Harlow Pen is 100 pens. Quantity price breaks then apply at 250, 500, 1,000, and 2,500 pieces. Re-orders carry a reduced $25.00 setup charge instead of the full first-order setup fee.

The Harlow Pen costs between $1.49 and $2.61 per unit: $2.61 at 100 pieces, $2.27 at 250, $1.97 at 500, $1.71 at 1,000, and $1.49 at 2,500. Decoration method affects total cost, with a $40.00 setup charge for silk-screen printing and a $45.00 setup charge for laser engraving. Individual name personalization adds a $100.00 setup charge plus $0.25 per piece, and the optional gift box adds a $60.00 setup charge plus $0.55 per piece. Order quantity, decoration method, and add-ons are the main factors that move the per-unit price.

The Harlow Pen counts as an environmentally friendly promotional product because its barrel is made with recycled aluminum, a metal that can be recycled again at end of life. The pen carries a made-with-recycled-material attribute rather than a formal environmental certification, so buyers who need documented certifications should request compliance details before ordering. The pen is manufactured in China.

Clean a metal promotional pen with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth, and keep solvents, alcohol wipes, and abrasive cleaners away from a silk-screened logo, since harsh chemicals can lift screen-printed ink from an aluminum barrel. A laser-engraved mark needs no special care because the design is cut into the metal itself. Storing the pen in its gift pouch prevents barrel scratches inside a bag or drawer.
