Description
A custom full-color PVC luggage tag offers complete, edge-to-edge, photo-quality imprinting on a durable plastic substrate. These tags measure 4.25 inches wide, 2.25 inches high, and 0.0625 inches deep, providing a substantial surface for brand visibility. The tags are constructed from PVC plastic, chosen for its resistance to wear and its ability to showcase full-color designs without distortion.
Decoration is achieved through a 4-color process, allowing for unlimited color options within the imprint area of 4.25 inches wide by 2.25 inches high. Each tag includes a standard I.D. card insert and is shipped with an unattached white plastic strap measuring 7.375 inches in length. Alternative strap options are available, including black plastic, black leather, white leather, and clear loop straps, each with varying lengths around 6-7.25 inches.
The PVC material ensures a professional appearance and lasting durability, making these tags suitable for frequent travelers or as promotional items for travel-related businesses. Production time for standard full-color imprints is two business days. These tags are packaged in polybags, with 525 tags per pack, and weigh 17 pounds per pack. The country of origin is China.

Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Digital Full Color ProcessThe imprint area on this product is 4-1/4 inches wide by 2-1/4 inches tall, printed by digital full color process. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order for custom luggage tags with a full-color logo?
The minimum order for these custom luggage tags is 250 pieces. Quantity breaks start at 250 and step up at 500, 1000 and 2500, so larger runs lower the cost per tag. If you need fewer than the minimum, ask us about a less-than-minimum order, which requires at least half of the 250 minimum.
How does full-color printing work on a PVC luggage tag?
The full-color luggage tag is printed with a digital full color process on the front only, across the 4.25 inch by 2.25 inch face. Because it is a 4-color process, you are not limited to a set number of ink colors. A free digital proof is sent before production so you can approve the artwork.
What affects the price of custom luggage tags when ordering for a group?
Pricing for custom luggage tags depends on the quantity tier you choose, the strap style and any proof or setup options on the order. Moving from 250 to 500, 1000 or 2500 tags changes the tier. Ask for a free quote and we will price your exact mix of straps and quantity.
Which strap styles can I choose for custom luggage tags?
Custom luggage tags can be ordered with a white plastic strap, black plastic strap, black or white leather strap, or a black or clear loop strap. If no strap is specified, the white plastic strap is shipped. Leather straps add a small extra charge, so mention your preference when you request a quote.
How long does production take for printed luggage tags?
Standard full-color luggage tags are produced in 2 business days after proof approval. The clock starts once artwork is approved and any holds on the order are released. Shipping time is added after production, based on where the tags are going.
Which events and businesses use luggage tags as giveaways?
Luggage tags suit hotels and resorts, travel agencies, airlines, conferences, corporate retreats and school trips. They travel with attendees long after the event ends, so your logo keeps getting seen at airports and baggage claims. Many teams also hand them out in welcome kits.
Are the straps already attached when custom luggage tags arrive?
Each luggage tag ships with the ID card inserted and the strap unattached, so your group attaches the strap when they pack. This keeps the tags flat inside the polybag for shipping. Tell us if you want a specific strap color so the right one is included.
Can I order a sample of a full-color luggage tag before a large run?
Yes, businesses can request a sample of the luggage tag so you can check the print quality and strap before committing to a large order. A free digital proof is also included with your order before production starts. Contact us with your logo and we will arrange it.
