Custom principal appreciation gifts are branded thank-you gifts for school leaders, and this page gathers principal gift ideas such as desk pieces, drinkware and boxed sets that a staff, PTA or district orders with a logo on them. Every item can be ordered in bulk.
Principal gift ideas by type
Desk pieces sit in the office all year. The optical crystal apple paperweight comes in three sizes, the number one business card holder pairs crystal with a rosewood base, and the rosewood plaque measures 6 by 12 inches with an engraved plate. Writing and carry gear suits a principal who is always between rooms. The journal gift set includes a pen and 224 lined pages, the vintage-style padfolio comes with a 30-sheet writing pad, and the laptop bag with shoulder strap fits computers up to 15 inches. See all portfolios and Castelli journals.
Drinkware and comforts get daily use. The 20 oz travel tumbler has a foldable straw lid, the ceramic bistro mug is microwave safe, and the apple-scented candle is a small desk-size gift. See ceramic mugs for more.
Tech keeps a busy office charged. The bamboo wireless charger has two USB ports, and the maple wood speaker plays for about 6 hours on one charge. For a boxed present, the executive pen and pencil set arrives in a black gift box, and the ceramic mug and journal gift set pairs two pieces. Browse tech gift sets.
How to choose a gift for a principal
Match the gift to the moment. Principal gifts from staff or a PTA work best as one shared item, such as a desk piece or a journal set with the school crest. Principal thank you gifts from a district can be drinkware or a tote, and personalized principal gifts can carry a name and school year. For principal christmas gifts, a candle or boxed pen set is easy to wrap, and assistant principal gifts can follow the same list. A new principal might like a padfolio, while a retiring one will keep a crystal award.
