Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Digital Full Color ProcessThe imprint area on this product is 3-1/4 inches wide by 1-1/2 inches tall, printed by digital full color process. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

Production schedule
What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
What comes in an employee onboarding kit with a backpack, powerbank and journal?
This employee onboarding kit holds a backpack, a wireless magnetic powerbank and a journal. A charging cable comes with the powerbank. Everything arrives together in one box.
How big is the kit, and which colors can I choose?
The onboarding kit measures 4 inches wide by 12 inches long by 18 inches high. It comes in gray or white. The shipping carton is 18 by 12 by 4 inches.
What materials are used in the backpack, powerbank and journal?
The onboarding kit uses rPET, recycled ABS and polyester across its three pieces. The journal is covered in fabric and closes with an elastic band. The backpack is made from recycled post-consumer plastic.
Can an employee onboarding kit be printed with a company logo in full color?
Yes, this employee onboarding kit takes full color direct to substrate printing on the backpack plate, the powerbank backside and the journal toggle. The backpack zipper pull takes a full color domed decal that measures 0.25 by 1 inch. We require a proof before production starts.
What is the minimum order for an employee onboarding kit?
You can order an employee onboarding kit starting at a single unit. That suits a small hiring class as well as a company-wide rollout. Send us your quantity and we will quote it.
How long does production take for this kit?
Standard production for the onboarding kit is 5 business days. Proof approval comes first, because every order needs a proof. Shipping time is quoted separately.
What affects the price of an employee onboarding kit order?
The price of an employee onboarding kit depends on quantity, the number of imprint locations, setup and rush production. The kit has four decoration spots, and each one you use adds print work. We give an exact quote once we have your quantity and artwork.
