Description
A custom Moleskine large tall belly band dresses a large Cahier or Volant notebook in your artwork, with full-color printed graphics across a 2 in tall band. Pick it when a stack of Moleskine journals needs one shared look that ties them to your event or your brand.
For client gifts, ordering a bulk belly band lets you dress a whole run of journals in the same artwork, so each one lands on a desk looking like part of a set. At company events, a belly band with logo on the front panel turns a plain stack at the registration table into a branded welcome gift. Conference swag bags get the same lift, since the band is the first thing people see when they pull the journal out. The artwork can run across the front and back panels and onto the inside panels, so your message is still there when the journal is open. A download template lists the band details, art requirements and printing notes, so the file is right before it goes to print.
Pair the band with the Deluxe Chocolate Gift Box with Belly Band for a client present where the journal and the box share one look. A full-color printed belly band on the journal and the band on the box tell the same story, which makes the set feel planned. Order the pieces together so the in hands date matches. For more packaging to build around your notebooks, see Boxes & Packaging.
Before any production starts, approve a free digital proof of the full-color printed band, then lock in an in hands date backed by on-time delivery so the journals are ready for your event.

What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a setup charge on a custom Moleskine Volant band?
No, setup on a custom Moleskine Volant band is no charge, and the full-color print still runs edge to edge. The rate per band then comes down to the quantity tier you order.
Where is the custom Moleskine Volant band made?
The custom Moleskine Volant band lists the United States as its country of origin. If your program asks for US-made items, this band meets that point.
How do price breaks work on a custom Moleskine Volant band starting at 25?
A custom Moleskine Volant band order starts at 25 pieces, and the per-band rate drops at 50, 100 and 300. Each higher quantity tier lowers the rate, and 300 or more gets the lowest listed one.
Can a custom Moleskine Volant band print on the notebook spine?
The custom Moleskine Volant band has no listed spine print area. Your artwork is placed on the front and back panels and on the two inside panels instead.
Could a Moleskine Volant journal band work for a graduation or alumni gift?
A Moleskine Volant journal band could carry a class year or a school crest on journals handed out at graduation or an alumni event. The print is full color, though an exact color match is not available with CMYK printing.
