A custom made-to-order flat tote is a reusable bag constructed from 10 oz. cotton, offering a practical and eco-friendly promotional solution. These totes measure 15" in width and 15.5" in height, and feature 26" web handles for comfortable carrying. Constructed and assembled in the USA, these totes can incorporate imported components. A key feature is the ability to select from over ten handle colors to create a uniquely branded item.
The flat tote is suitable for a wide range of applications, including tradeshows, educational events, farmers markets, and general brand promotion. Decoration is achieved through 4-color process printing, requiring artwork in CMYK color space at a minimum of 300 DPI. The maximum imprint area is 13" wide by 12.5" high, accommodating up to four colors. A one-color imprint is included, with additional colors available at an extra cost.
Available product colors include Black, Brown, Gray, Green, Hunter Green, Maroon, Natural, Navy, Orange, Pastel Pink, Purple, Red, Royal, and Yellow. A comprehensive selection of imprint colors is also offered, encompassing shades of Brown, Orange, Gold, Green, Blue, Gray, Purple, Red, Magenta, Pink, Black, Silver and White. Production time for catalog quantities is approximately 10 business days after proof approval. These totes are packaged in bulk, with 100 pieces per pack, weighing 43 lbs.
