The Heart-Shaped Reusable Hand Warmer is a heat-activated warming pack shaped like a heart, built for cold-weather promotions and personal reuse. Flexing the metal disk inside triggers heat that lasts 15 to 25 minutes, and boiling water resets it for use again.
The Heart-Shaped Reusable Hand Warmer measures 3-3/16 inches by 3-7/8 inches by 1/2 inch and comes finished in PMS 200 C and PMS 2935 C color tones. A small metal disk inside flexes to trigger the heat reaction, and the pack holds warmth for 15 to 25 minutes per activation. Boiling the pack in water for at least 15 minutes turns the filling liquid and clear again, and cooling it to room temperature completes the reset for reuse. Cold weather in transit can trigger the disk on its own, so the same boiling-water reset applies before first use. Each pack supports up to 300 reactivations and carries printed usage instructions directly on the item. Decoration comes as a 1-color, 1-location pad-printed imprint on the front, sized 1.5 inches by 1 inch. Lead time runs 3 to 5 business days under the MO schedule or 2 to 4 business days under the WC schedule. The item ships individually poly-bagged with printed instructions, packs 200 units per master carton, and each carton weighs 30 pounds and measures 15 inches by 13 inches by 6 inches.
