Custom plastic water bottles are lightweight, reusable bottles printed with your logo, and they make an easy giveaway at races and trade shows. This page covers promotional plastic water bottles in PET, rPET, Tritan, HDPE and other plastics, plus collapsible and sport styles.
Plastic types and styles
The 25 Ounce Kambukka Elton Water Bottle is made of Tritan Renew with 50% recycled content, and the listing mentions resistance to odors, stains and impacts. The 20 oz rPET Water Bottle with Bamboo Lid and Handle uses recycled rPET and adds a bamboo lid. For a bottle with a measuring scale, the 24 oz PolySure Bottle with Drink-Level Markings marks pours from 4 oz. to 24 oz.
For riders and runners, the 20 oz Bike Bottle with Spill Resistant Push Pull Lid stands 7 3/4 inches tall to fit most bike frame cages, and it takes a full color digital wrap. If space is tight, the 16 oz Voyager Collapsible Water Pouch with Carabiner folds flat when empty. The 22 oz Hydration Tracking Water Bottle with Counter has a numerical counter in the lid, a conversation starter for wellness programs.
Printing your logo
Screen printing is the usual choice for one- or two-color logos. The PolySure bottle prints up to 2 colors in a 2.5 inch by 2.5 inch area. Full color work needs a style that offers digital or four-color process printing, like the Kambukka Elton. The product page lists the exact print area for each bottle.
Ordering in bulk
Minimums vary by style. The Kambukka Elton starts at 8 pieces and the rPET bottle with bamboo lid at 40, while the PolySure bottle and the 20 oz Bike Bottle start higher, at 150 and 200. Five business days is the most common production time here. Some bottles take 7 days and a few take 10 to 15, so check the product page against your event date. The clock starts at proof approval, and your free digital proof comes with unlimited revisions.
