The Breakaway 26 oz RPET Sports Bottle with Flip-Top Spout uses recycled RPET plastic made from post-consumer bottles and measures 2-7/8 inches in diameter by 9-7/8 inches tall. A ribbed bottom improves grip and stability, a screw-on lid adds a built-in carry loop for on-the-go use, and a wide-mouth opening supports easy filling, ice use, and cleaning. The bottle requires hand washing only, skips the microwave, and holds liquids no hotter than 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Compliance covers BPA-free and FDA-compliant materials, HR4040 CPSIA certification, and Prop 65 compliance. Imprint placement varies by piece and may not align perfectly with the handle or lid opening. Screen printing covers a 2.5 inch by 3 inch area on side 1 or side 2 in 1 color, with a 2-color option also available, and wraps an 8.625 inch by 3 inch area with a side gap in 1 color, with an 8 inch by 3 inch, 2-color version also available. Screen printing lead time runs 4 to 6 business days (MO) plus 1 to 3 business days (WC).
