- Chocolate products and gummy products require insulated shipping containers and air shipping when outside temperatures are 70 degrees or higher.
- For standard shipments, add $15.00 per cooler, per carton
- For drop shipments, add $6.25 per cooler, per location

- Foil wrappers come in White, Pink, Red, Orange, Gold, Green, Blue, Purple, Black and Silver — ten wrapper shades to line up with a brand colour.
- Standard packout is 50 pcs per carton at 26 lbs, dropping to 48 pcs in a cooler — the same 24 × 14 × 10 carton either way.
- Six real OREO cookies come dipped in Belgian chocolate — a name-brand cookie under the chocolate coating.
- Milk chocolate covers the standard cookies and white chocolate covers the custom-printed ones — the coating follows the decoration route chosen.
- A 1” dia icing print or a 1” dia direct imprint on the foil puts artwork on the cookie itself — decoration is not confined to the packaging.
