600D polyester forms the duffel's body, carried by an adjustable shoulder strap and web handles that unfold to 18 inches wide by 11 inches tall by 8 inches deep. It comes in black with royal blue or black with black accents, both trimmed in gray. Silk-screen or transfer printing covers a 7 inch by 4 1/2 inch area, and embroidery covers a 4 inch diameter, both in standard colors, with 4-color process transfer available for full-color art that adds production time. Embroidery includes up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches in any standard Madeira thread color. An optional 7516 luggage tag can promote the brand on the go, though it ships unattached, and optional flex, puff, tackle twill, or woven patches can dress up the front.
