The nine functions include a COB flashlight, seat belt cutter, window breaker, flat head screwdriver, bottle opener, hex wrenches, knife, Phillips head screwdriver, and scissors. The COB light runs high, low, or flashing settings from a single push button, with a push-pull zoom for adjustable beam width. A steel pointed head shatters glass and the same edge slices through a seat belt in an emergency. Emergency COB Flashlight Multi-Tool 2.0 recharges over the included Type-C cable and measures 1 1/2 inches wide by 5 5/8 inches tall. It comes in Black, Blue, or Red, laser engraved tone-on-tone on a 1 inch by 5/8 inch area, with a second-side imprint available. It ships in a gift box, made in China.
