You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Trojan Band Hat, and where would a custom band hat like it be worn?
The Trojan Band Hat is a foam hat cut in the shape of a Trojan warrior helmet, with a crest running over the top. Collegiate events, stadiums, arenas and picnics are the settings it was designed around, and a pep rally or halftime show would suit it too.
How big is the print area on a Trojan foam custom band hat?
The Trojan Band Hat takes a screen printed imprint up to 8.5" x 2", enough for a school name in big letters. A second side can be printed as well for an added charge.
Which of the 16 colors of the Trojan Band Hat match school colors?
Sixteen foam colors are offered on the Trojan Band Hat, among them Maroon, Navy, Kelly Green, Athletic Gold, Purple, Teal and Hot Pink. Black, White, Red and Blue are on the list too.
Does the Trojan foam custom band hat come in different sizes?
The Trojan Band Hat is made in one size that fits most heads. There is no size run to sort out, so one count covers the whole order.
What is the minimum order for a custom band hat in the Trojan helmet shape?
Orders for the Trojan Band Hat start at 100 pieces with your imprint. Quantity breaks come at 250, 500 and 1000 hats.
