Description
The week at a glance planner is a custom translucent vinyl weekly pocket planner with a flat pen and an 8 page full color U.S. atlas with city maps in the back. It suits sales teams and traveling staff who want the week in one view and city maps on hand.
Offices that never leave town can choose the pocket week at a glance planner without atlas, the same week view without the maps. The weekly translucent vinyl planner with USA atlas carries the same one color week view and atlas pages for a closer comparison. Other formats sit among the weekly and monthly planners.
Your hotel group sends one to each corporate travel client at the start of the season. City maps sit in the back behind the week view, so the planner rides along on every trip, and your logo goes with it into every meeting that client books.
Send your logo and contact lines, and a free digital proof comes back before you commit to an order.

What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
