- Digital full color appears on 95 products and reproduces photographs, gradients and multi-color logos in one pass.
- Screen printing appears on 71 products and lays thicker ink on flat plastic. Each color needs its own screen, so artwork with fewer colors costs less to set up.
- Laser engraving appears on 66 products, all metal, steel or bamboo. The beam burns away the surface layer, so the mark cannot rub off with the keys.
Hot foil stamping, silkscreen and heat transfer cover smaller groups. Imprint colors are matched to the Pantone Matching System, and rush production is available on 32 items. Quantities, budgets and lead times
Minimums cluster in three bands. The largest group of promotional keychains starts at 250 pieces, a second group starts at 100, and a third starts at 150. A handful open at 30 or 50 units for a buyer testing a design before a full run.
