Each medical wallet card folds out into a short guide on one of 18 health and safety topics, then folds back to the size of a credit card. Built for pharmacies, clinics, insurers and community safety programs, it rides in a wallet, with your name printed sideways on the back panel.

Record keeper cards cover medications, blood pressure, immunizations, health stats, women's health, seniors' health, a walking log, car service and the contents of a wallet in case of identity theft. The blood pressure and immunization cards also come in Spanish. Tip cards cover CPR and the Heimlich maneuver, first aid for medical emergencies, home fire hazards, stress, weight, germs and breast self-exams.
