A hollow core depression is designed to relieve pressure on the spine, and the contoured shape balances the body to reduce strain and aches from prolonged sitting. Conforming to natural pressure points while sitting may help ease sciatica and stiffness. The bottom side uses a textured design that resists water and moisture and grips the surface underneath without sliding. The cushion measures 17-3/4 inches by 15-1/2 inches by 4-1/2 inches.
