What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.
Business days only, counted from proof approval. The clock starts when you say yes, not when you order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a floatable EVA foam visor, and how does the coil back work?

What is the minimum order for custom foam visors?
Custom foam visors start at a minimum order of 100. Larger tiers begin at 250, 500 and 1000.
Do custom foam visors arrive ready to wear?
No, custom foam visors need to be assembled before they are handed out. Plan time for that ahead of your event.
How is a logo printed on promo foam visors?
Promo foam visors are decorated by screen printing. Your logo goes on the foam brim.
Can I use floating foam visors at the pool or on a boat?
