Imprint area — will your logo fit?
Screen PrintingThe imprint area on this product is 17 inches wide by 2 inches tall, printed by screen printing. Your artwork prints inside the dashed area below — nothing outside it prints. Products often look larger in a photo than the space you can actually print on.

You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an adult coloring book desk pad calendar and who uses it?
An adult coloring book desk pad calendar is a large monthly desk calendar that doubles as a coloring activity. Offices, schools and community groups hand it out to people who like a short creative break during the day, which keeps a company name in view all year.
Which events and industries suit an adult coloring book desk calendar giveaway?
An adult coloring book desk calendar fits education settings, wellness and healthcare practices, banks, real estate offices and year-end client gifts. It also works at open houses, school fundraisers and trade show tables where visitors want something useful to take home.
How does an adult coloring book desk calendar compare with a standard desk pad calendar?
A standard desk pad calendar is only read, while a coloring version invites the user to spend a few minutes on the drawing. That extra activity means the sheet is handled more often, and the printed message stays in front of the person longer.
Can an adult coloring book desk calendar be printed with a company logo?
Yes, the adult coloring book desk calendar is decorated by screen printing in an imprint area of 17"w x 2". That fits a logo plus a short tagline or phone line, and PPI sends a free digital proof before production so you can approve the layout.
What is the minimum order for a custom adult coloring book desk calendar?
The minimum order for a custom adult coloring book desk calendar is 100 calendars. Price breaks start at 100 and continue at 250, 500 and 1000, so a larger run lowers the cost of each calendar.
What affects the price of a custom adult coloring book desk calendar?
The price of an adult coloring book desk calendar is shaped by the quantity tier you choose, the decoration method and any setup charges. Moving from 100 up to 250, 500 or 1000 calendars is the biggest lever, and a PPI sales rep can quote the exact total for your artwork.
How should I display a coloring desk pad calendar so people actually use it?
Display the adult coloring book desk calendar flat on a desk or reception counter and include a small cup of colored pencils or markers nearby. Giving the calendar away with a pencil set encourages recipients to start coloring right away.
Is the imprint on an adult coloring book desk calendar easy to read once people color the sheets?
On an adult coloring book desk calendar the line drawings and your imprint are separate areas of the sheet, so coloring the picture does not cover the ad. Keep the logo artwork clear and simple within the 17"w x 2" area so it reads well next to the coloring page.
