This flag's face knits from super poly fibers, then takes color by dye sublimation — construction and print method both fixed for the piece.
Brass grommets run through a canvas header at the hoist — a reinforced strip rather than grommets set directly into plain fabric.
Top and bottom stitch double, the fly end stitches quad — the fly end gets extra reinforcement beyond the double-stitched edges.
The design prints on one face and shows faintly through the reverse — the same graphic readable from behind, mirrored.
A shipment of one flag comes to 2.5 lb; strip away the packaging and it's 1.5 lb — checks in as a single line item.
