Description
A custom mini flying disc measures just 6 inches across, so it slides into a backpack or a bag where a larger disc would not, and your logo rides along with it. It is a small outdoor giveaway for teams and organizations that want something fun, lightweight and made in the USA.
Set a stack on the table at a trade show and the five colors, black, blue, lime green, red and white, give the display a bold range. A custom flying disc for trade show giveaways is easy to carry through a crowded hall, so visitors keep it instead of leaving it behind. Send a personalized flying disc for employee gifts in a welcome kit and a new hire gets something to toss at the next picnic. Client gifts work too, since a bulk flying disc for client gifts fits inside a thank you box with a note. Your screen printed flying disc with logo prints in one color across a 3 inch diameter area.
Pair it with the 7 inch toy flying disc and you have two sizes in one promotion, a small one for bags and a larger one for open space. Handing out both lets recipients pick, and your logo shows up twice at the same event. Browse flying discs & frisbees to compare all the sizes and colors before you decide on quantities for your order. Either size packs into a swag bag without crowding the rest of the items.
Send your logo and get a free digital proof back before anything is printed, then ask for a free no-obligation quote that lists setup and shipping so you can plan an in-hands date.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a custom mini flying disc and where do people usually toss it?
A custom mini flying disc is a 6 inch hard plastic toss toy that carries your logo. People throw it at picnics, beach days, parks and backyard get togethers, and at 0.065 lbs it is easy to carry in a bag.
How is the logo applied to a custom mini flying disc and how large can it be?
The custom mini flying disc is screen printed in one color on the product surface. The print area is a 3 inch diameter circle, which suits a short name, an icon or a simple mark.
Which colors does a custom mini flying disc come in for a team event?
A custom mini flying disc is offered in black, blue, lime green, red and white. Every shade takes the same one color print, so choose the disc color that contrasts best with your ink.
What is the minimum order for a bulk flying disc, and where do the quantity breaks fall?
A bulk flying disc order starts at 200 pieces, which is also one full carton. The quantity breaks sit at 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200 and 4800, and each higher tier lowers the unit rate.
How long does production take for screen printed flying discs with a logo?
Production of the 6 inch mini flying disc made from recycled material takes 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval. Discs are packed 200 to a carton that weighs 13 lbs, so add shipping time on top.
What affects the cost of a custom mini flying disc order?
The cost of a custom mini flying disc depends on the quantity tier, the one color print and whether it is a new or repeat order, since setup is charged per order. A change of ink color on a repeat order can add a small fee, and your quote lists each item.
