Description
This custom bamboo fan combines a desk fan, a wireless phone charger, a digital clock with alarm, and a phone stand in one unit, so a desk does not need four separate gadgets plugged in. Office managers and event teams give it out when a gift needs a permanent spot on a desk instead of a drawer.
Trade show giveaways get more booth time when a gadget doubles as something useful, and this fan earns a spot because it cools, charges a phone, and keeps time from one plug. Employee gifts land better when a new hire gets something for their actual desk instead of a generic mug, and the wireless charging pad keeps a phone topped off through the day. Client gifts benefit the same way: a bamboo fan looks less like swag and more like something bought on purpose, with the imprint sitting flat on the bamboo top, away from the blades. Because the standard run allows two imprint colors, a full-color printed fan with logo detail carries a full brand mark, and a bulk fan order ships in retail packaging ready to hand over.
Pair this with the USB flexi-light for a desk gift that covers both problems a desk has: not enough light in winter and not enough airflow in summer. Both live in the Desktop Fans and Lights lineup, so a facilities team ordering one for a new office can add the other from the same page. A bamboo fan and a flexible light also stack well in a single onboarding box without either one taking up much room.
Send your logo and pick brown or white, and we will send a free virtual proof on the bamboo top along with a firm quote for setup and shipping before you approve the order.

What happens after you order, and when.
You order. Your card is authorised, not charged. Nothing is billed until you approve the proof, and you can change or cancel the order up to that point.
Free visual proof. We email a proof showing your logo on the product, usually within one business day. Revisions are unlimited and free. The production clock does not start until you say yes.
Production. Counted in business days from proof approval, not from the order. Weekends and US federal holidays are skipped. If your date is tight, tell us up front and we will work backwards from it.
Delivered. Enter a destination ZIP in the order card to get live carrier rates and a delivery date. We will not guess one.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do custom desk fans like this 4-in-1 model do?
This custom desk fan does four jobs: it cools with 3 speeds, charges a phone on a wireless pad, shows a digital clock with an alarm, and holds a phone as a stand. The body is bamboo with ABS plastic.
How does a 4-in-1 desk fan compare to a regular desk fan?
A regular desk fan only moves air, while this 4-in-1 desk fan also charges a phone and keeps time. The wireless pad works with smartphones. The bamboo top is also the imprint surface.
Which imprint methods are available on custom desk fans?
Custom desk fans of this style take a pad print of 2 inches by 1.5 inches or a full color digital print of 2.5 inches by 1.5 inches, both on top of the bamboo. The standard decoration is pad print with up to 2 spot colors. We can quote either method.
What is the minimum order for custom desk fans?
The minimum order for custom desk fans of this style is 25 pieces. That suits a small office or team. We can quote larger runs.
How long does production take for this desk fan?
Standard production for this desk fan is 3 to 5 business days. Send your logo early so the proof is approved first.
What is this desk fan made from, and how big is it?
This 4-in-1 desk fan is made from bamboo and ABS plastic. It measures 4 inches wide by 7 1/4 inches long by 1 1/4 inches deep.
What affects the price of an order of these desk fans?
The price of these desk fans depends on quantity, imprint method, number of imprint colors, setup, and shipping. Full color and additional spot colors each carry their own setup and run charges. We send an exact quote with your proof.
