- 200 denier nylon makes up both sewn layers, with a block-out liner between them — three parts stitched into one panel.
- A canvas-headed hoist edge carries the brass grommets — mounting hardware sewn into the flag.
- Top and bottom take two rows of lock-stitching, the fly end takes four — the swallow-tail edge gets the heavier reinforcement.
