Custom coasters are drink mats printed or engraved with your logo, and they sit under a glass in front of your customer. Bars and restaurants order them in bulk for the tables, and personalized coaster sets also work as a client or wedding gift.
Pick the material for the setting
Natural materials suit a taproom or a gift. The 4 Pc. Round Slate Coaster Set with Black Metal Stand lists laser engraving and pad printing. Cork soaks up moisture, and the Absorbent Cork Round Coaster, Laser Engraved Imprint is listed at 3 15/16″ DIA. Leather styles such as the 4 Piece Leather Coaster Set with Stitched Edges can be debossed, and the Bloomin Seed Paper Coaster with Wildflower Seeds is a plantable paper option.
Full color and soft coasters
If your logo has gradients or several colors, look at styles that list a full color method. The Custom Neoprene Coaster with Full Color Logo is a 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" jersey fabric coaster on a rubber base, printed by dye sublimation. Glass, acrylic and PVC coasters are listed too, and the product page tells you which print method each one takes.
Car coasters and bar gear
Car coasters sit in the bottom of a cup holder. The 2-Piece Ceramic Car Coaster Set, Kraft Gift Box, Mildew-Proof is listed at 2 5/8″ DIA, sized for most car cup holders, and comes in a gift box that suits a dealership handout. For a bar bundle, add custom can coolers or custom bottle openers and corkscrews, and browse drinkware accessories for more.
Ordering in bulk
Minimums and imprint areas vary by style. The slate set lists 25 pieces, the ceramic car set lists 75, the neoprene coaster lists 100 and the cork coaster lists 250. Five business days is the most common production time here, and a few styles list longer. Every order gets a free digital proof, you can request changes, and nothing prints until you approve it.
