Troubadour rPET Apex Backpack 4.0 carries a laptop up to 16 inches in a suspended CrashPad Cocoon Tech sleeve, a fit for a corporate travel gift or commuter onboarding kit. New York Times Wirecutter named it Best Laptop Backpack, and B Corp certification backs the recycled build.
Made from post-consumer recycled rPET fabric (straps, zippers, handles, and the key leash are not rPET), the FortiWeave shell resists creasing and measures 12 1/2 inches wide by 19 inches tall by 6 inches deep. It comes in basalt, black, or green smoke and includes a double zippered main compartment with a lockable option (lock not included), a zippered padded laptop compartment, a front zippered pocket, two side slip pockets, a trolley sleeve, a shoulder strap slip pocket, and water-resistant zippers and lining. Decoration runs through standard transfer imprinting on a 4 1/2 inch by 3 1/2 inch panel or embroidery on a 3 inch by 3 inch panel with up to 7 thread colors and 5,000 stitches; 4-color process transfer is available with additional production time. Optional patches include dye sublimation, embroidered emblems, flex, leatherette, puff, tackle twill, and woven styles. Bags ship in bulk from China, and the Troubadour rPET Apex Backpack 4.0 stays spot clean and air dry only.
