Custom travel mugs are lidded mugs printed or engraved with your logo, ordered in bulk for employee gifts and client thank-yous. Stainless steel leads the selection, with plastic, ceramic and wheat straw options too. Sizes go from the 11 oz Recycled Mug with Spill Resistant Thumb Slide Lid up to 40 oz mugs like the Maverick.
Choosing a travel mug style
A mug with a handle feels like a regular coffee cup but travels better. The Swig 22 oz Insulated Travel Mug with Comfort Grip Handle is 7" H, and the 20 oz Copper-Lined Stainless Steel Mug with Spill-Resistant Lid lists a spill-resistant lid. The Cork Base Mug 14 oz Insulated with Sliding Lid has a skid-proof cork base and a push-on lid. Bigger cups include the Maverick 40 oz Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Mug, which measures 4" dia. x 10-1/2". For a shorter mug made for the campsite, see our campfire mugs.
How your logo is applied
Laser engraving and screen printing are the two methods you will see most. Engraving cuts the logo into the steel, so it will not wash off. It is listed on the Swig, CamelBak and Cork Base mugs, and the Maverick 40 oz offers both laser and screen printing. Digital full color is listed on the 16 oz. Thermal Dual Walled Travel Mug (Four Imprint Options), which also lists a label decal, embroidery and screen print. Imprint size depends on the mug, so check the product page.
Ordering personalized travel mugs in bulk
Minimums depend on the style. Stainless steel mugs like the Swig and the Maverick start at 24 or 25 pieces, the Copper-Lined mug starts at 50, and the 22 oz Insulated Travel Mug Made in USA with Lid starts at 144. Five business days is the most common production time here. Some mugs list seven or ten days, and the Yeti Rambler 20oz Travel Mug with Stronghold Lid lists 25, so check the product page against your date. Your free digital proof comes first, with unlimited revisions, and production starts after you approve it.
