The Tapered-Base Travel Tumbler (2 Sizes) is a stainless steel drinkware line with a non-skid tapered base built to fit standard cup holders, offered as a 20 oz stainless steel and polypropylene version and a 30 oz double-wall vacuum-insulated version for on-the-go hot and cold drinks.
The Tapered-Base Travel Tumbler (2 Sizes) comes in 2 builds: a 20 oz stainless steel and polypropylene tumbler and a 30 oz double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel tumbler. The 20 oz version has a stainless steel outer shell with a black polypropylene inner lining, measures 3-1/4 inches in diameter and 7 inches tall, and keeps beverages hot or cold for up to 3 hours. The 30 oz version uses double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel construction, measures 4 inches in diameter and 7-5/8 inches tall, and keeps beverages hot or cold for up to 12 hours. Both sizes have a clear plastic push-on lid with a sliding drink opening and a non-skid tapered base built to fit cup holders. Both sizes require hand washing and cannot go in a microwave or freezer. Both sizes are BPA free, FDA certified, and Prop 65 compliant. The 20 oz size comes in PMS Black, PMS 072, PMS 199, PMS 877, and PMS White. The 30 oz size comes in PMS 286, PMS 877, and PMS White. Screen printing on the 20 oz size covers a 3.5-inch by 2.5-inch area on Side 1 or Side 2, or a 10-inch by 2.5-inch gapped wraparound area, with a second color shrinking the wraparound area to 8 inches by 2.5 inches. Screen printing on the 30 oz size covers a 4-inch by 2.75-inch area on Side 1 or Side 2, or an 11.5-inch by 2.75-inch gapped wraparound area, with a second color shrinking the wraparound area to 8 inches by 2.75 inches. Screen printing runs a 5 to 7 business day MO lead time or a 1 to 3 business day WC lead time. Laser engraving is available on Side 1 or Side 2 only, covering a 3.5-inch by 2.5-inch area on the 20 oz size and a 4-inch by 2.75-inch area on the 30 oz size, and is not available on the silver color option; it runs a 2 to 4 business day MO lead time. Full-color digital printing is available on Side 1, Side 2, a continuous wrap-around print location with no side gap, or a gapped wraparound location, with a 3 to 5 business day MO lead time. The continuous wrap-around print area measures 10.5 inches by 2.5 inches on the 20 oz size and 12 inches by 2.75 inches on the 30 oz size, and the gapped wraparound print area measures 10 inches by 2.5 inches on the 20 oz size and 11.5 inches by 2.75 inches on the 30 oz size. The 20 oz size ships 25 units per carton at 15 lbs in a 20-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch carton. The 30 oz size ships 25 units per carton at 27 lbs in a 22-inch by 22-inch by 8-inch carton, with a 4-inch by 4-inch by 8.25-inch gift box option. Both sizes pack in an egg crate insert with the tumbler wrapped in tissue paper or a PLA bag.
