The 92% performance polyester and 8% spandex blend forms a structured 5-panel crown with a pre-curved visor and adjustable plastic snap tab closure. Rope trim matches the crown in Black, Navy, or White, or contrasts in white rope over Kelly Green or Orange. Standard transfer decoration covers a 4-inch by 2.25-inch area, with 4-color transfer process adding production time, or embroidery covers the same area with up to 7 thread colors from the standard Madeira palette and 7,000 stitches. Optional patches include dye sublimation, embroidered emblems in small or large, flex, leatherette, puff, tackle twill in small or large, and woven patches in 2.25-inch or 3-inch by 2.5-inch sizes. Packaging is bulk, and the cap is made in China.
