A corner imprint measuring 7 inches wide by 7 inches tall carries the design, in standard silk-screen or transfer, since center placement is not available; transfer adds a 4-color process option that needs additional production time. An optional full-color card, 5 3/4 inches wide by 6 3/8 inches tall, attaches with white ribbon under order code #BLANKETCARD and takes 10 days after proof approval, and a storage bag insertion can be added too. The blanket itself is 75% rPET at 210 GSM, sized 50 inches by 60 inches, recycled polyester produced by melting down plastic bottles and other post-consumer sources into new fiber; only the thread and label are not recycled, and the surface washes clean. The rPET Sweatshirt Blanket ships bulk and unrolled unless special packaging is requested, and is made in China.
