Custom flashlights are one of the few promotional giveaways people keep in a glovebox, a toolbox, or on a keyring for years. This promotional flashlights category covers keychain lights, penlights, COB work lights, headlamps, folding lanterns, and rechargeable handhelds, each one imprinted or engraved with your logo. Ordering flashlights in bulk lets you match the light to the audience and to the budget.
Styles of custom flashlights
- Keychain lights. The Mini Cylinder LED Flashlight Key Tag stands 3 inches tall, uses a push-button switch, and ships with its button cell battery installed.
- Penlights. The Aluminum LED Penlight has an aluminum body measuring 5/8 inch in diameter by 3-5/8 inches long and puts out 13 lumens.
- Hands-free lights. The Polestar 3-Mode COB Headlamp uses an ABS housing, 3 light modes, and 80-lumen output on 3 AAA batteries.
- Higher-output handhelds. The Custom High Performance Flashlight - 500 Lumen lists 500 lumens, a zoom function, and 5 light modes.
Engraving and printing options
Decoration depends on the body. Aluminum bodies are commonly laser engraved, molded plastic bodies are commonly pad printed, and several styles list both methods. The Aluminum LED Penlight lists laser engraving areas on side 1 and side 2, each 1.625 inches by 0.375 inches, and its laser orders run 2 to 4 business days against 7 to 9 business days for pad printing. Full-color imprint options appear on some styles. Imprint areas, available methods, and setup terms differ on every item, so check the product page or ask for a quote before you finalize artwork.
Who orders bulk flashlights
Buyers order promotional flashlights for trade show handouts, safety meetings, utility and contractor programs, roadside kits, and school or community events. Keychain lights suit high-volume handouts because they carry the lowest per-piece cost in this category. Rechargeable models and larger aluminum handhelds tend to go to clients, crews, and staff who will use them on the job.
Ordering and minimums
Minimum quantities, production windows, and imprint sizes vary by style. The 3-Bit Screwdriver Flashlight, for example, lists a 150-unit minimum. Per-unit pricing drops at higher quantities on most styles, so send your quantity and your artwork with a quote request and get the exact minimum, lead time, and price breaks back in writing.
